Step 1 Place your head and arm through the shoulder strap. Using the adjustments in both the front and back, the curve in the pad should rest in the middle of your shoulder. Belt should be worn flat with no twists. Place extra webbing in clip and slide clip to a position of comfort. The seat should rest up against your hip. |

Step 2 Put the waist belt around your waist and buckle it. The padded part should be centered on the opposite hip of child seat. Make sure it is good and snug, breathe in if you have to. Now go back to the shoulder adjustments and tighten them up a little more as needed. For most efficient use, both waist and shoulder straps need to be very snug. |

Step 4 To remove your child from carrier, simply lift them off using 2 hands. To take off the child carrier, simply unbuckle the waist strap and lift child carrier over your head. |
Notes
Once the carrier is fitted to you, there is no need to repeat steps 1 & 2. Simply place your head and arm through the shoulder strap, put waist belt on, (make sure both straps are snug) then pick up and carry your child. You will quickly notice because you gently secure your child, with your arm, that picking up and putting down your child is very easy. For convenience, when your child is down push the seat behind you to get it out of the way. When you are ready to pick up your child again pull the seat back to the normal carrying position. (Pictured in Step 4).
